{The Mexican Destination Dining} was terrific!! Everything was the way I expected it to be! The food was hot (or warm enough) and pleasing to the eye, even in the box! I brought it up to my apartment, poured myself a glass of wine and I felt like I was dining out at Tico's!! I thoroughly enjoyed it, so my Compliments to the Chef and all who helped in the serving. No wonder I like it more every day here.

What a surprise! Thank you for your welcoming card, lovely floral arrangement, delicious cherry pie, and fridge full of snacks. This is a magical place. Terrific communication with family. Total commitment to resident and patient care and well-being…despite obstacles and difficulties, 100% focused on resident’s needs. Totally professional, patient compassionate.

We wish to send a big thanks for all you do.  Mom called you all by first names and that means in the 13 years she (and Dad) were there you weren’t just a facility but friends.  Thank you for that.

You’re ALL wonderful! I am  blessed that my mom is living in such a caring environment with a lovely community surrounding her every day!

A special thank you for the loving care everyone in assisted living gave to my mother.  She loved each and every one of you.  I’ll miss seeing all of you!

I chose the Arbors for the care of my husband after looking at seven other facilities in Lincoln for memory care. The Arbors has an excellent director and a staff of professional, but also very caring cheerful people. The facility is attractive, bright and always clean.

I think this is the best thing we could have done for him.  He is happy, not stressed all the time.  He calls every four or five days now and always tells me how good this is for him.  Huge change from his interactions before we moved him to the Arbors.

I truly made the right choice ten years ago.  The activities you provide are top notch.  The grounds are gorgeous year round, & I enjoy watching the evergreens grow, while squirrels race thru the branches.  The special programs appeal to expectant crowds – both lectures and musical groups.

We would like to send a message of thanks for everything you and your staff has done for both mom and dad since they arrived at the Arbors and the Terrace.  We know that everyone is dedicated to the happiness and welfare of your residents.  It is obvious in the way everyone interacts with the residents and family.

You made our 68th anniversary so special with our lunch together in our [apartment] on April 13th.  You not only pleased us, but made our 3 boys happy to know how well we are taken care of here at the Legacy when they can’t be with us.

Thank you for all that you did to make her transition and stay at the Legacy [Estates] so enjoyable for her.  She loved it there and we only wish she would have moved in sooner.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note and let you know how incredible our experience has been at The Arbors. Every staff member we have interacted with has been nothing short of exceptional. They are compassionate, caring, and selfless in dealing with those living in the facility as well as with visitors.

I feel so fortunate to have such generous, thoughtful staff to care for me.

Tracy Haefele is a wonderful Tour Guide and her staff of Shelby, Lisa and Casey Jo were most caring and helpful which made the day enjoyable for everyone who went.
